UFCW Local 5 members working at Foods Co stores ratified a new collective bargaining agreement with 94% voting in favor of the 4-year agreement. The Employer has been notified and all aspects of the new agreement are now in full force and effect. The new experienced wage rates and progression steps are effective today (March 8, 2024), and the ratification bonus for experienced employees must be paid within 30 days (April 8, 2024). The Local 5 Bargaining Committee would like to again thank the membership for their support in finalizing this contract!
