Local 5 members were among the hundreds of trade unionists who made calls and knocked on Nevada doors to get out the vote for new  Democratic Senator Jacky Rosen.

“The Nevada victory is a huge piece in labor’s ongoing effort to stand up to the Trump administration. We’re going to stay engaged in the fight through 2020,” said Local 5 president John Nunes.
