June 26, 2025, MACY’S BARGAINING UPDATE
UFCW Local 5 and Macy’s met again at our South San Francisco location to continue bargaining a fair contract for our Macy’s members.
Some minor progress was made, however, the company’s position on grandfathered schedules and historical weekend days off remains.
Our next round of meetings has been scheduled for August 13th, 14th and 15th.

El Sindicato UFCW Local 5 y Macy’s se reunieron nuevamente en nuestra sede del Sur de San Francisco para continuar negociando un contrato justo para nuestros miembros de Macy’s.
Se lograron algunos avances menores; sin embargo, la postura de la compañía sobre los horarios adquiridos y los días libres históricos de fin de semana se mantiene.
