UFCW5 Reached Agreement with Save Mart for Lucky Pharmacy Techs
UFCW Local 5 has reached an agreement for Pharmacy Techs wishing to continue employment at Lucky Supermarkets as an MPC Clerk while maintaining their current wage rate, health and welfare benefits and original seniority date. Local 5 is continuing to work out a settlement for the separation and retention release and additional severance compensation for those not remaining employed at Lucky Supermarket. Please continue to not sign the separation and retention release handed to you by representatives of the company. Signing the company documents may jeopardize additional compensation Local 5 is working on your behalf to accomplish.
