See’s Candy workers have ratified a new three-year contract that includes a wage increase of $2.30 an hour over the course of the agreement. Thirty cents of the hourly pay bump is retroactive to September, 2018 along with an additional retroactive twenty-five cent per hour bonus covering the same period.

The settlement also includes improved vacation scheduling options, enhanced seniority rights and the implementation of dues check-off.
