Thanks to Local 5, dozens of Southern Alameda County youth were able to take a bus trip to the NAACP’s legislative lobby day in Sacramento recently.

In a letter of appreciation from the organization’s president Freddye Davis, the Union was thanked for its support  and for providing an experience that participants “will never forget.”
