UFCW 5 is pleased to announce that the tentative agreement with Food Maxx has been ratified by the Food Maxx membership overwhelmingly. Our bargaining success with FoodMaxx is attributable to the collective voice of our membership in demanding a fair and equitable agreement for the hard work they have contributed in making Food Maxx successful.
